Mission Statement
MISSION STATEMENT
Dynamic Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a 501(c)3 corporation- a communitybased organization (CBO) dedicated to community and economic development. Dynamic CDC provides business technical assistance services to low- and moderate-income small business owners both from our own resources, as well as through a network of community-based collaborative organizations. These services are provided on a one-to-one basis, as well as through webinars, often in conjunction with SBA. We currently provide such services through a program funded by Miami-Dade County's Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Throughout the years, we have provided these and similar business services through contracts with the City of Miami and the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
In partnership with the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce, we have organized an annual Puerto Rican Summit in Central Florida, bringing dignitaries and speakers from Puerto Rico, Florida and Washington DC to address the Summit's participants on issues of economic and community growth and development. In 2026, Dynamic CDC is bringing this Summit to South Florida with a theme of "Building Bridges".
Through the City of Miami, Dynamic CDC has successfully implemented several Home Improvement Projects on behalf of senior homeowners in the Wynwood neighborhood on low, fixed incomes. We continue to support youth and senior activities in Wynwood's Roberto Clemente Park.
